Prior to her career in real estate, Kaitlyn graduated from the Ivey School of Business at Western University with Honors. She has then successfully achieved her CPA, CA designation, working at a Midtown Toronto public accounting firm. From there, she went on to work in corporate finance in luxury retail and then in tech finance, learning valuable communication, presentation, and financial modeling skills.

Outside of work, Kaitlyn volunteers as the Treasurer of Sir Winston Churchill Tennis Club and is an active member of the Toronto tennis community (also a member at Davisville Tennis Club). Kaitlyn enjoys her free time playing sports like basketball, volleyball, tennis, and golf and is an avid Raptors and tennis fan. She also enjoys live music, community events, travel, and thinks Toronto has one of the best food scenes in the world. Kaitlyn is born in Toronto, raised in the GTA (York Region), and has lived downtown Toronto in the last 10 years, having in-depth knowledge of many pockets of the city and the GTA.
